30th July, 2015 - The Jubilee School launched its first "smart class" under the patronage of Her Majesty Queen Noor, in collaboration with Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University.
The smart class will advance student-centered learning, where teachers facilitate students' use of technology. Students can participate interactively with other schools during lessons to promote the active sharing of knowledge. Moreover, all class lessons will be uploaded to a storage unit, allowing students to refer to lectures whenever required. Furthermore, the smart class will also offer other schools the opportunity to utilize Jubilee's educational resources.
Her Majesty Queen Noor Al Hussein thanked Dr. Talal Abu Ghazaleh, and said, "The Jubilee School was founded to promote advanced learning and innovation. The TAG smart class is a significant development in the school's focus on STEM (science, technology, engineering and math), and contributes to the Jubilee School's 2.0 phase integrating e-learning in its academic and personal development curricula to improve students' competitiveness in science and technology development. With this initiative we hope to reach and benefit students and teachers across Jordan and beyond."
