Amman, 13th July, 2010 - His Royal Highness Prince Hamzah Bin Al-Hussein presented graduation certificates on Monday, 12th July 2010 to the 14th class of the Jubilee School during a ceremony attended by the school teachers and alumni, as well as students' families and relatives.

A total of 70 students received their certificates, having completed the advanced Jubilee four-year Program, which develops the academic and leadership potential of meritorious students from Jordan and the region, with emphasis on those students from less developed areas of Jordan.

Addressing the ceremony, the School Principal Suha Jouaneh spoke about the school's competitive program and rich curricula, designed to promote excellence and increase the students' aptitude to contribute meaningfully to their society as responsible citizens.

Graduates reminisced about the years they spent at the school engaging in debates, participating in exchange programs or taking part in more challenging exercises such as the Robotics contest, and praised the role that such programs play in developing their creative and leadership skills.

An institute of the King Hussein Foundation, the Jubilee School was established in 1993 as a co-educational secondary school to provide a unique environment for students to develop their critical thinking and conflict resolution skills, scientific and technological expertise and social responsibility.

The Jubilee School and the Jubilee Center for Excellence in Education are part of the Jubilee Institute, which serves to advance national and regional educational standards through the development of innovative curricula and training programs for public and private school teachers and administrators in Jordan and the Arab Region.
